GREGORY LOHNES

Chair of the Board

Greg joined the Wolf board in 2016 and has been the chair of the board since June 2023. Greg retired in 2014 after 20 years in senior executive roles with a large Canadian energy infrastructure company working in Canada, the USA and Mexico. Greg had also held a number of other management positions in the areas of law, finance, pipelines, midstream and international.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary.

STUART LEE

Director

Stuart Lee joined the Wolf Board in 2023 and brings more than 30 years of experience as a financial and commercial executive in the utilities and energy sectors.

Stuart served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of EPCOR Utilities Inc. (EPCOR) from 2015 to 2023. Prior to joining EPCOR, Stuart held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Commercial Services at Capital Power Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Aecon.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Accountant.

Stuart currently serves as a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Edmonton International Airport Authority. He previously served as the Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of STARS Air Ambulance, the Board of Directors of Edmonton’s Citadel Theatre and as a member of the Audit Committee at the University of Alberta.

BOB LOCK

President & Chief Executive Officer

Bob joined Wolf in 2017 and has played a vital role in the operations and development of the organization as President of the Pipeline business unit and originator of Wolf’s NGL business. Prior to joining Wolf, Bob was broadly responsible for all aspects of the commercial and physical operations for Pembina’s Natural Gas Liquids business, including operations, business development, engineering, project execution, marketing, strategic planning and financial performance.

Bob brings more than 30 years of experience in energy infrastructure origination, operations and commerce. Prior to Pembina, he held progressively senior roles with Provident Energy, Encana, PanCanadian and NOVA Corporation.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the University of Calgary and a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.

ROBERT MELLEMA

Director

Robert Mellema is a Managing Director in the Total Fund Management Group at CPP Investments, based in Toronto. Since joining CPP Investments in 2008, he has been involved in evaluating investment opportunities across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, building products, business services, hospitality and consumer products as a member of the Direct Private Equity Group. During his time in the Sustainable Energies Group at CPP Investments, Robert played an integral role in many important investments in upstream oil and gas and energy infrastructure including Teine Energy, Seven Generations Energy, Black Swan Energy, Wolf Midstream, and Ohio Valley Midstream. He currently serves on the board of Power2X.

Prior to joining CPP Investments, Robert worked at the Boston Consulting Group and at UBS on the Canadian Mergers & Acquisitions Team in Toronto and the Leisure sector team in London.

Robert holds an Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he graduated with First Class Honours.

DAVID SCHMUNK

Director

David Schmunk is a Wolf founder and he played an instrumental role in the advancement of Wolf Midstream. Prior to his retirement in 2023, David held several senior positions including the role of Chief Development Officer, Wolf Midstream and President, Wolf Carbon Solutions US. Before founding Wolf in 2016, David was founder, principal and, COO of Mistral Energy Inc. David has also held positions with Taylor NGL Limited Partnership (COO) and, TransCanada Pipelines, where he served as Vice President, Operations, in addition to other engineering roles involved in the design, construction, commissioning and operation of gas plants in Western Canada.

David has overseen multi-million-dollar pipeline and gas plant expansions and has been responsible for the execution of all aspects of regulatory, public consultation, engineering, operations, and administration for the projects.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan (1982), and a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.

ALICE YANG

Director

Alice is a Managing Director in the Sustainable Energies group at CPP Investments, who oversees the energy midstream investment strategy. Alice has been closely involved with several of the Sustainable Energy group’s majority-controlled portfolio companies including Wolf Midstream, Tallgrass, Ohio Valley Midstream, Encino Acquisition Partners and Crestone Peak Resources.

Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2016, Alice spent seven years in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets and TD Securities in both Calgary and Toronto. Alice holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA charterholder.

Alice is on the board of Wolf Midstream, Ohio Valley Midstream and Tallgrass.
