BOB LOCK

Chief Executive Officer

Bob is the Chief Executive Officer of Wolf Midstream. Bob joined Wolf in 2017 and has played a vital role in the operations and development of the organization as President of the Pipeline business unit and originator of Wolf’s NGL business. Prior to joining Wolf, Bob was broadly responsible for all aspects of the commercial and physical operations for Pembina’s Natural Gas Liquids business, including strategic planning, business development, engineering, project execution, operations, marketing, and financial performance. Bob has 30 years of experience in energy infrastructure origination, operations and commerce. Prior to Pembina, he held progressively senior roles with Provident Energy, Encana, PanCanadian and NOVA Corporation. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the University of Calgary and a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.

ERIC SZMURLO

Chief Financial Officer

Eric joined Wolf in 2016 and held the roles of Vice President Corporate Development and Vice President Finance prior to becoming CFO in November 2021. Prior to joining Wolf, Eric worked for CPP Investments where he held the position of Principal, Infrastructure Investments and for the Energy Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in Calgary and London, UK. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA, Economics from Queen’s University.  Eric is also a CFA Charter holder.

JEFF PEARSON

President, Wolf Carbon

Jeff Pearson is charged with oversight of Wolf’s Carbon division, which includes responsibility for the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line system, as well as new business development in the carbon space. He joined Wolf in 2018 bringing an engineering background and more than 20 years of diversified experience across the oil and gas sector. Jeff has spent much of his career in commercial, investment and financial roles in both upstream and midstream companies.

Before Wolf, Jeff was Vice President Business Development and Strategy at Veresen Midstream LP where he focused on new project development and financial oversight of the business. Previously, Jeff had been Manager of Business Development at TAQA North, a Vice President at ARC Financial and a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Co., starting his career as an engineer in the field.

Jeff earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business Dartmouth. Jeff is a Professional Engineer and he holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Directors.

KURT ROEBUCK

President, Wolf Pipeline

Kurt oversees Wolf’s Pipeline business unit and the operations of the Access Pipeline system. Kurt has been with Wolf and its predecessor, Access Pipeline, since 2006 and has been instrumental in the ongoing operational success of the system. Prior to joining Wolf, Kurt held operations and maintenance positions with Transcanada, Williams and Provident Energy supporting the Redwater NGL Fractionator and Olefins facilities as well as NGL liquids pipeline systems. Throughout his more than 25 years within industry, Kurt has been involved in operation, maintenance, design, construction and commissioning of pipeline and NGL fractionation facilities. Kurt attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in the disciplines of Instrumentation and Electrical.

KEVIN JAGGER

President, Wolf NGL

Kevin was appointed President, Wolf NGL in January 2022. Prior to his current role, Kevin was Vice President, Corporate Development where he was responsible for the commercial development of the NGL North project. Prior to joining Wolf, Kevin held progressively senior roles at Pembina Pipeline Corporation in Corporate Development and NGL Market Development, including marine export and petrochemicals. Before joining the energy industry, he worked in the Investment Banking group at Citigroup in Toronto. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University.

KEN TEMPLE

Senior Vice President, Major Projects

Specializing in facility engineering and design, Ken is leading the construction and development of the NGL North project. Prior to founding Wolf, Ken held the following positions: Mistral Energy Inc., VP Major Projects, AltaGas, Manager of Extraction Engineering, Taylor Gas Liquids Ltd., Sr. Development Engineer, BP, Amoco Canada and, Dome Petroleum. Ken has over 30 years of experience with new project development, construction, day-to-day operations, engineering, and transitional support. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta (1984) as well as a professional engineering designation in the province of Alberta.

JUNG LEE

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Jung joined Wolf in 2022 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for Corporate Governance & Compliance, Legal, People Services, Information Technology and Communications. Jung brings over 20 years of legal and business experience having been a partner in Litigation & Employment at Norton Rose Fulbright in Calgary, and most recently was in a senior leadership role at Ovintiv (formerly Encana) overseeing Canadian and US legal and compliance functions prior to joining Wolf. Jung received her LL.B degree and Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from the University of Alberta. Jung currently serves on the Board of Directors of Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association and its Governance Committee.
